adadkhah@infinity-law.comAli holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Masters of International Law and Economics from University of Bern in Switzerland. As a corporate and business lawyer, Ali’s experience extends across a diverse range of public and private company matters including start-up enterprises, technology, franchising, and a variety of other business structures and industries.
In addition, Ali has carved out a niche practice focusing on business immigration. He leads Infinity Law’s Immigration team, with a range of Canadian business immigration matters, including BC Provincial Nominee Program Entrepreneur, Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), Intra-Company Transfers, Start-up Visas and USMCA (formerly NAFTA). Ali has worked with individual and corporate clients in a variety of industry verticals and has a high success rate with consular and port of entry applications. He is proficient in interpreting immigration legislation and creatively applying those principles to assisting individuals and businesses in fulfilling their needs.
In his spare time, Ali consults governments and private sectors on issues of international trade law, including Regional Trade Agreements, cross-border services and investment. He is widely published as an author and has presented at academic, business and official venues, including the World Trade Organization (WTO), United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
