kshojania@infinity-law.comKeyvan graduated from the University of Victoria in 1991 and was called to the bar in 1992. Upon becoming a lawyer, he travelled to the UK and assisted in administering a large multifaceted estate involving hospitality businesses, real estate and antiques sales. He returned to Victoria in 1994 and by 1996, established his own law firm, Windsor Law Group. In 2013, he joined forces with Nav Parhar to create Infinity Law.
Since becoming a lawyer in 1992, Keyvan has assisted clients with a broad range of legal matters. His areas of practice include real estate law, ranging from residential transactions to development projects and construction contracts. He also assists with incorporations and corporate reorganizations, as well as commercial agreements including those for start up businesses, re-sellers and international business expansions. Further, he practices in the areas of wills, trusts, probate and estate planning.
Keyvan is very active in the community. He is a founding member of the International Institute for Criminal Justice Research, a founding member of the SAFE design council (a crime safety building design standard) and a former Governor of Royal Roads University.
