Andrew Rafuse

A graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Andrew practices in the areas of Business and Personal Injury Litigation. He commenced his practice in 1988 in Ontario before moving to the more moderate climate of Victoria in 1997.

Whether you are faced with a shareholder dispute, a lien placed on your property or you are dealing with the aftermath of a motor vehicle collision, Andrew will take the steps necessary to resolve the problems you face.

With a working knowledge of Spanish, Andrew also has expertise in Immigration Law, including applications for permanent residence and hearings before immigration tribunals.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys adventure travel, reading and investing.
