Dustin Marnell, CEA

Dustin practises in the areas of: wills and incapacity planning, real estate, and estate administration (probate). He has acted and accepts appointments as Executor, Trustee, and Attorney under a Power of Attorney.  

Dustin works out of Infinity Law's Broadmead and Downtown offices. He also accommodates at home and off-hour appointments upon request.

Prior to practising at Infinity Law, Dustin was partner of a firm recognized as one of Canada's top wills, trusts, and estate law boutiques. He takes pride in providing experienced, clear, and practical advice to his clients. The expansion of Infinity Law in Greater Victoria and on the Island allows him to better serve his clients with increased accessibility and resources.        

Dustin grew up in Victoria and has a strong commitment to his community. He volunteers at a number of local organizations and frequently presents on topics within his areas of practice. He coaches local baseball and soccer clubs and is involved with a number of local tennis clubs. His three boys: Benjamin (12), Connor (10), and Barrett (5) also ensure he stays active.  

Dustin completed the Canadian Institute of Certified Executor Advisors Program in 2023. His goals for 2024/2025 include pursuing and receiving a TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) designation, and attending a Grand Slam event.
